I invited IG@livingmybestlife_poitively_ to guest write on my blog because of her incredible dedication to doing what's best for her mental/emotional health. I want people to stop being afraid to tell the truth about their struggles, and to know that the journey to wellness is unique to each struggle, each person, each life. Some people need therapy, some need medication, some people diet, some meditate, etc... and some people need a mix of all forms of treatment and support.
